CONTRIBUTIONS STATEMENT - 7th Tradition

A significant responsibility of the Gratitude West Board of Directors is to provide for the maintenance, repair, and general expenses (e.g., taxes, insurance, utilities, etc.) for the Gratitude West facility.

Often, repairs and maintenance are prioritized and deferred based on funds available.  2023 will require repair of the roof, replacement of damaged indoor ceiling tiles, and installation of more energy efficient ceiling light fixtures.  These repairs will be paid for out of our Capital Improvement Fund, with monies generated from membership contributions, sharing from group meetings, and personal donations.

Therefore, we are excited to kick off the “Keep the Doors Open” campaign for our Gratitude West facility! Our goal is to raise $30,000 over the next 3-5 years to keep the Gratitude West doors open for decades to come.

The new Gratitude West website facilitates direct contributions by offering everyone easy ways to make personal contributions directly to the Gratitude West Capital Improvement Fund using Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal (see below).  Additionally, contributions may be sent directly to Gratitude West at:

(Note: Make checks payable to Gratitude West)

100% of all personal contributions go directly to the Capital Improvements Fund, and will be used for the express purpose of keeping Gratitude West’s doors open.  We hope everyone will join in however they can to help meet this worthy goal!

Progress toward our $30,000 goal will be shared with everyone here on our Gratitude West website.
